  1. Send the request to POST /v1/actions with a unique Idempotency-Key.
  2. Sign the returned CYNDER-ACTION-DIGEST with EIP-191 and retry with CYNDER-ACTION-SIGNATURE.
  3. Compute a new EIP-191 CYNDER-ACTION-SIGNATURE bound to POST, the execute path, the action type, the idempotency key, and the immutable action digest. Send it with an empty body to POST /v1/actions/{actionID}/execute to receive the 402 Payment Required and PAYMENT-REQUIRED challenge.
  4. Validate and authorize the exact x402 requirement, then retry that same signed execute request with both CYNDER-ACTION-SIGNATURE and PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Verify terminal action state, settlement, receipts, and output.
